Our Mission

• ​To sensitize the United Methodist Church about customs and religious expressions of the Native American People;
• To educate and inform the United Methodist Church of critical issues that effect Native Americans;
• To engage members of the United Methodist Church in these critical Native American issues; and
• To advocate for the full participation of the United Methodist Native Americans at all levels of the church and in the life of the church.

Through sensitizing, educating, informing, engaging and advocating, we will become and make effective disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world.

Our Purpose

To advocate for people in the administration of all matters about the Native American ministries by the various divisions, boards, agencies, commissions and other equivalent offices within the United Methodist Church.
